What is Serif & Co.?

Serif & Co. is a British lifestyle brand creating playful, nostalgic clothing and gifts designed to make you smile. We specialise in personalised sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees with a retro twist - perfect for gifting, lounging, or living your best “tongue-in-cheek” life.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed in the UK and printed or embroidered to order by trusted makers who share our love for quality and craftsmanship. We use sustainable, ethically sourced materials, including premium cottons and recycled blends wherever possible.

Personalisation & Orders

Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Lots of our designs can be customised with your name, initials, phrase, or inside joke. Just look for the “Personalise It” option on each product page — it’s quick, fun, and makes your purchase completely unique. If there’s a design on there that doesn’t have the personalise option then just email us on hello@serifand.co and we’ll see what we can do to help.

What if I ordered the wrong size or made a mistake?

Don’t panic, we’re human too. Because our pieces are custom-made, we can’t always offer refunds on personalised items, but we’ll do everything we can to help.
If you spot an error, email hello@serifand.co within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update your order before it goes into production.

Can I return or exchange my order?

For non-personalised items, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn and in original condition.
Personalised products can’t be returned unless there’s a fault - in which case, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because every item is made to order, please allow:

• 3-5 working days for production
• 2-4 days for UK and US delivery

International orders may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are sent with tracked shipping so you can follow your parcel wherever it goes.

Fit, Sizing & Care

What sizes do you offer?

Our sweatshirts, hoodies, and T-shirts come in unisex fits, typically from S to XXL (depending on the product). Check the Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements - and if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for that perfectly relaxed Serif & Co. look.

What materials do you use?

We’re big believers in quality over quantity. Our pieces are made from organic or recycled cotton blends that are soft, durable, and wash beautifully.
We avoid fast fashion - everything we make is built to last (and to love).

How should I care for my Serif & Co. clothing?

To keep your sweatshirt or tee looking its best:

• Wash inside out at 30°C
• Avoid tumble drying
• Iron on reverse
  (And don’t bleach it - you’re better than that.)

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we love working with teams, clubs, and events. Whether you need 20 hoodies for a hen weekend or 100 tees for your small business, we can help with bulk pricing and design tweaks.
